By booking or receiving services with us—including luxury hair extensions, mesh integration systems, consultations, and aftercare—you agree to the following terms designed to protect your experience and uphold our standards of excellence. Bookings & Consultations All services require a pre-booked consultation to assess suitability, discuss your goals, and ensure clinical and aesthetic alignment. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final balance. Appointments are confirmed only once payment is received and acknowledged. Eligibility & Suitability Mesh integration services are designed for clients experiencing hair thinning or loss. Final suitability is determined during consultation. We reserve the right to decline services if we believe the treatment is not clinically appropriate or aligned with your goals. Payment & Pricing All pricing is transparent and tailored to your bespoke service plan. We offer flexible payment options, including Pay-in-3 and seasonal savings incentives. Full payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings. Please note: We understand that emergencies happen. If you're unable to attend your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to support you with compassion and flexibility where possible. Aftercare & Maintenance You will receive a personalised aftercare protocol following your service. Adherence is essential to maintain results and protect your investment. Kaid & Conquer Extensions is not liable for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions or use of non-recommended products. Refunds & Adjustments Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed. If you experience concerns post-service, please contact us within 7 days. We will assess and advise on appropriate next steps. Clinical & Ethical Standards We operate with discretion, empathy, and clinical integrity. All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. Our services are non-medical and cosmetic in nature. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Brand Imagery & Consent With your permission, we may use before-and-after images for educational or promotional purposes. Consent is always requested in writing. We celebrate diversity and inclusivity in all brand visuals.
